Bring your own letter template or postcard design. We need to set these up to work with our mail merge and printing tools. This one-time fee will not be applied if you re-use the same design for a new campaign.

Sometimes you need your mail out faster. True Ink mail takes time to produce, but we can rush your letters into production same day and to the Post Office in 24-48 hours.

We do not require you to send us your list in one specific template or format, but sometimes your data may require special work to get it into a usable form to prepare your mail. Examples of when you would see this fee include combining multiple lists or removing do not contact lists.

We want your mail to have a highly personal presentation to your prospects. We will notify you upfront if your list may need additional work to extract the best name and address for your mailing that our software tools cannot accomplish.
