Refunds Policy
The user will review and sign off for approval the letter that will be mailed to the user’s mailing list. No changes can be made once the letter has been approved, even in the event that the phone number, email address, website, or fax number changes. The user may request a refund for the letter portion of the campaign up until the time the letter proof is sent to the user. All orders for leads are submitted immediately upon order, and as such refunds for leads are not possible. In the event of cancellation of the letter portion of an order, the user agrees to pay costs incurred up to the time of cancellation with a minimum charge of 50% of the retail price of the letter portion of the order.
Any correspondence in writing and suggesting approval of the proof will be considered a Proof Approval. Once the user’s mail piece has been approved, all monies paid by the user are not refundable under any circumstances. If the user purchases a mailing list from Yellow Letters Complete, acknowledges that the data processes used to locate mailing lists are inclusive and specific to the customer supplied database and are individually produced; therefore, they are not returnable or refundable. In the event of cancellation of a leads order, the user agrees to pay costs incurred up to the time of cancellation with a minimum charge of 75% of the retail price of the leads portion of the order.
