Do you really use actual handwriting?

What products generate the best response?

There’s no question that handwritten mail—yellow letters, signature letters, fully handwritten letters—stands out and makes a real statement. Combine these as part of a multitouch drip campaign and you’ve got the most cost-effective direct mail strategy on the market!

Do you need my mailing list in a particular format?

We accept most spreadsheet styles, and as long as your data’s all there and clearly labeled. We don’t want you to spend your time reformatting data, so we do not require you to use a specific mailing list template.

Occasionally, we do receive data that needs more detailed review and manual work to look it’s best printed on your letters and envelopes. We can assist with your data work for an hourly or a per name fee depending on the work involved.

Do I have to use one of your templates?

Nope! While we do provide a variety of proven templates to make it as easy as possible to get started, we’re more than happy to use your own letter or postcard design. You can even begin with one of our templates and then customize it to fit your brand or campaign. We’re flexible!

How long does it take to set up a campaign?

Our direct mail process is specifically designed to be quick and easy. We can set up your campaign immediately and even send you proofs for review that day! Once you approve everything, it typically takes 4–5 days to prepare and mail your letters.
